The Story
On the eve of Devil's Night, safety feels like a bedtime story no one believes anymore.
After ten silent years, Shane Tempter resurfaces. He is a mute, six-foot-eight, thin serial killer, now known from the horror thriller film, Devil Skull. Genetically unable to feel pain, he carries a volatile new trait he cannot control but can wield to lethal advantage.
The press has dubbed him The Devil Skull, as he slips through the dark without a single sound, hunts without hesitation, and never loses a scent. His return sparks several nights of terror, pulling three very different people into his path.
David Neate, a quick-witted Black deputy with a mind built for precision, is determined to drag Tempter out of the shadows and serve justice.
Angela Powless, an Indigenous college student fiercely resilient and unaware of her own past, is ready to end his reign, even if it means confronting her own demons.
And Jacob Jacks, a physically scarred street fighter who interprets life through comic book lore, just wants to get his family and friends to sunrise.
As Devil's Night descends, these three collide in a city where fear has a face, silence has a name, and survival demands facing the buried truths or becoming the next stories whispered to those who still believe in safety in this independent film project.

The world feels consumed by fear and vulnerability right now. This horror thriller film, Devil Skull, channels that anxiety into the space where I wish it only existed: cinema.
But at its core, the story is about something stronger: the champion spirit within people who keep going despite fear, doubt, and sacrifice.
